Through My Eyes

Painting tiny art called ACEO/ATC's is a great way to get a start. The work area is 2 1/2 inch by 3 1/2 inch. Even then to a beginner that is a lot of canvas to cover.

My first attempt was a red flower with a glitter center called "Point of Pride". To my surprise it was quickly requested from an ATC trading community. I was delighted.. there have been a few painting since. Nothing spectacular, probably never will be. But it is very relaxing and I enjoy seeing the painting take form just like the items that I sew.

Learning to blend colors will made all the difference in the world, but haven't got brave enough to do that yet. Being brave enough to show you what I have done so far is hard enough. That shows you my huge confidence in myself. But, oh well, some of us have to be shy. Thats always been me. The lurker, the one always watching and taking in, but never speaking out.
