Deer Eating From My Palm
52Eating from my hand!
Awesome Experience
April is a pleasant time of the year for us. We do our usual long drive to our Mountainside Villa timeshare in the mountains of Virginia. At first we were a bit overwhelmed because we were talked into something we really couldn't afford. Over the years though we have decided that it is actually cheaper to go there than travel elsewhere and have to pay for motels and restaurants.
Our unit is paid in full, so all we have to do is pay our yearly fees. It is a townhouse style unit equipped with full kitchen, two baths, jacuzzi tub and sauna. What more could you ask for. Plus it has two activity centers with pools and two golf courses. Water park at the foot of the mountain.
To top that off I am a nature lover and the deer roam freely as they are protected. This year, I have the awesome experience of having one eat from the palm of my hand four times. Hubby was available to take photos one of those times. Watching squirrels, birds and groundhogs. I enjoy taking photos while hubby goes to the gym, walks and golf.
I will do another hub to show some of the other wildlife I photographed and a short video if I can figure out how to do it.
