Do you remember those great deals with buying the bag of scissors? Did you discover some were useless for what you really wanted to use them for? Yup, I still have some.

What are the uses of scissors

My mind keeps mulling this over as I've sewn for many years. I've accumulated or acquired several pair over the this amount of time not necessarily buying them. I've inherited my deceased Mother-in-laws, though she was already gone when I married. My husband has a huge pair that he keeps in the garage for heavy duty cutting. Some I've found while walking. That is a strange way to acquire them. But I'm like a squirrel or whatever sees something shiny or otherwise and has to pick it up just because. I've taken the time to photograph the ones I could find right off hand quickly. I will try to describe them as I add them. That won't be much since this senior mind forgets more than remembers of late. My mother keeps telling me that "her forgetter is better than her rememberer" she will be 88 in February.
